Since opening our doors in 1989 we’ve been focused on providing quality customer service for our clients. We take full-service a step further making our contracted attorneys available to provide advice, consulting, and representation to both landlords and tenants. James Young is the founder and President of ZAY Management, Inc. He is a Florida licensed Real Estate Broker and has worked in the industry for over 35 years focusing on office leasing and management. He specializes in value-add opportunities repositioning assets from underperforming to above market. The secret to his success is using a combination of best-in-class marketing and analysis and a hands-on management style. He treats every project as if it were his own. His combination of skill and style results in buildings that are well run and see above average tenant retention. He also focuses on development representing both private and institutional investors. He began his career as a construction lender for Mellon Bank focusing on tier 1 developers seeking a minimum of $10,000,000 or more. The depth of his background and experience in diverse real estate services makes him a maverick in the industry.
Morgan Young
Morgan Young specializes in office, medical, and retail leasing in South Florida, representing corporate tenants, national companies, and local businesses. She graduated from the University of Miami School of Law and is a Florida Bar licensed attorney. Morgan is a key strategist and consultant to her clients offering in-depth market analysis, strategic planning, and the best and most sensible solutions for navigating the market. Her background in Real Estate law gives her an advantage in negotiating flexible deals that help her clients achieve their operational and financial objectives while increasing efficiency and enhancing the work environment.
